Here’s how it works:
QLERT SENT
Let’s say an employee or visitor in your facility has a service request.
They simply use their mobile phone to send a Qlert by holding their camera lens near a QR code or phone near the NFC chip that your facility has posted on a nearby sign.
QLERT RECEIVED
Qlerts automatically generates a text message and sends that Qlert to a designated facility staff member.
The user sending the Qlert has the option to include a photograph, add comments or request a confirmation.
SERVICE RESPONSE
The service staff resolves the request according to internal facility protocols.
All activity is recorded and can be integrated into a facility CMMS. Reporting will provide insights into ongoing labor needs and optimize budgeting.
CARRY ON.
The original user who generated the Qlert receives an optional confirmation text when the work is complete.
